INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PATENT ENFORCEMENT NOTICE

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Rigging Concepts Limited (“Rigging Concepts”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) owns and controls valuable intellectual property relating to its rigging systems, connectors, assemblies, and associated technologies. This Intellectual Property & Patent Enforcement Notice applies worldwide and to all persons accessing Rigging Concepts’ products, websites, technical materials, documentation, software, and communications.

This Notice is intended to place all parties on formal notice of Rigging Concepts’ intellectual property rights and enforcement position.

1. OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1.1 All intellectual property rights relating to Rigging Concepts’ products and technologies are owned by Rigging Concepts.

1.2 These rights include, without limitation:

• patents and patent applications

• design rights

• copyrights

• trademarks and trade names

• trade dress

• proprietary technical information and know-how

• confidential information

2. PATENTS AND PATENT APPLICATIONS

2.1 Rigging Concepts’ products, systems, and technologies are protected by issued patents and pending patent applications in New Zealand and multiple international jurisdictions.

2.2 Patent protection may apply to:

• product designs

• component geometries

• system configurations

• methods of manufacture

• methods of use

• functional and structural features

2.3 The absence of a specific patent marking on a product or document does not constitute a waiver of Rigging Concepts’ patent rights.

3. PROHIBITED ACTS

3.1 Unless expressly authorised in writing by Rigging Concepts, the following acts are strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement or unlawful conduct:

• manufacturing or fabricating products embodying Rigging Concepts’ patented or proprietary technologies

• copying, cloning, or replicating products or components

• offering for sale or selling infringing products

• importing or exporting infringing products

• reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling products

• using Rigging Concepts’ designs, drawings, or specifications for competitive purposes

• creating derivative works based on Rigging Concepts’ technologies

3.2 These prohibitions apply regardless of jurisdiction and include acts performed directly or indirectly, including through third parties.

4. NO LICENCE OR IMPLIED RIGHTS

4.1 No licence, right, or permission is granted under any Rigging Concepts intellectual property by:

• sale or supply of products

• provision of technical information or documentation

• publication of specifications, drawings, or user guides

• marketing materials or demonstrations

4.2 Any licence must be expressly agreed in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Rigging Concepts.

5. USER GUIDES AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

5.1 User guides, manuals, instructions, and technical documentation are provided solely for the purpose of safe and proper use of Rigging Concepts’ products.

5.2 Such documentation:

• does not grant any intellectual property rights

• does not authorise copying, manufacture, or modification

• does not permit reverse engineering or competitive use

5.3 Use of documentation beyond its intended purpose is prohibited.

6. TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHT

6.1 All trademarks, logos, product names, and trade names used by Rigging Concepts are owned by or licensed to Rigging Concepts.

6.2 All written materials, photographs, drawings, diagrams, videos, and digital content are protected by copyright.

6.3 Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of such materials is prohibited.

7. CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY INFORMATION

7.1 Certain information disclosed by Rigging Concepts constitutes confidential or proprietary information, whether or not marked as such.

7.2 Recipients of such information must:

• maintain confidentiality

• restrict use to authorised purposes only

• prevent unauthorised disclosure

7.3 Confidentiality obligations apply in addition to any separate non-disclosure agreement.

8. ENFORCEMENT

8.1 Rigging Concepts actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights worldwide.

8.2 Rigging Concepts reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including:

• civil proceedings

• injunctive relief

• damages and account of profits

• seizure or destruction of infringing products

• recovery of legal costs

8.3 Failure to enforce rights in any instance does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.

9. INTERNATIONAL APPLICATION

9.1 This Notice applies internationally.

9.2 Users are responsible for complying with all applicable intellectual property laws in their jurisdiction.

9.3 Rigging Concepts makes no representation that use of its products or materials outside authorised purposes is lawful in any jurisdiction.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Intellectual Property & Patent Enforcement Notice is governed by the laws of New Zealand.

11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Notice is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
